The John Deere XUV 835M HVAC is a three-passenger mid-size crossover utility vehicle from the Gator XUV 800-Series with a factory-installed HVAC cab, designed for year-round work on farms, ranches, municipalities, and job sites. The gas engine delivers higher top speed than diesel models and the HVAC cab keeps operators comfortable year-round.

Power comes from a 812cc V-Twin EFI gas engine paired with an on-demand 4-wheel drive and CVT transmission. Top speed is approximately 45 mph. The XUV 835M features a 4-wheel independent suspension with coil-over shocks for a smooth ride across rough terrain.

The factory HVAC cab includes heat, air conditioning, and defrost with safety-glass windows, while the heavy-duty steel cargo box hauls up to 1,000 lb and tows 1,500 lb.
