The John Deere X390 with 54-in. deck is the 2-wheel-steer premium X300 Select Series tractor with the wider deck option, built for homeowners with 2-4 acre properties who want the heavy-duty Tuff Torq K66 transaxle and the wider cut of the 54-in. Accel Deep deck for maximum productivity.

Power comes from a 22 HP (16.4 kW) iTorque™ V-Twin engine with 726cc displacement, overhead valves, full-pressure lubrication, and a dual-stage air cleaner. The Tuff Torq® K66 hydrostatic transaxle with Twin Touch™ foot control is rated for heavier loads and towing applications.

The 54-in. Accel Deep™ mower deck is built from 12-gauge steel with a deep flat-top design, optimized airflow for clean cut quality, and compatibility with the optional MulchControl™ one-touch kit.
