The John Deere HPX815E Gator is a two-seat, gasoline-powered Work Series utility vehicle tailored for agricultural, property-maintenance, and light commercial use. The HPX815E replaces the long-running HPX Gator in the lineup, adding features and refinement while preserving the straight-ahead work-truck feel that Gator customers value.

Power comes from a 20 HP V-twin gasoline engine driving a CVT transmission with selectable 4WD. The suspension is tuned for haul-and-work duty rather than trail riding, and the cargo box carries up to 1,000 lb of payload with a manual tilt for dumping.

Tow ratings around 1,300 lb let you move implements, small trailers, and brush carts around the property. This is a no-nonsense Gator for people who need a tool, not a toy.
